Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons and promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping (US & Select Countries):
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Expedited International: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available within Canada on orders over a certain threshold.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
International Orders
- Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout - you won't pay additional fees upon delivery
- We ship using DHL and UPS with tracking numbers
- You pay in USD with your preferred payment method
Special Handling Our candles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Each candle is wrapped and secured to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all Canadian provinces except Saskatchewan. Expanding to the United States soon followed by few select international markets. If your country is not available at checkout, we're unable to ship to your location at this time.

Why can't I select my country at checkout?

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping option. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking and delivery details in your confirmation email.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from delivery to do so. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Reach out to us to get started.
