Do you ship outside Canada?

Will I pay customs or duties?
Canadian orders: No customs (domestic shipping).
International orders: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout - you won't pay additional fees upon delivery.

Why can't I select my country at checkout?
We're currently shipping to Canada only (excluding Saskatchewan). Follow us on Instagram [@pamjycandles] or subscribe to our newsletter for updates when we expand to your region.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping option. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. You'll receive tracking and delivery details in your confirmation email.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from delivery to do so. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Reach out to us to get started.
