These guidelines will help ensure that your candles, reed and car diffusers, essential oils, bath salts, linen/room sprays, perfume roll-ons continue to provide captivating fragrances and enhance the ambiance of your space.

• Candles
  - First burn: 2–3 hours, allow full melt pool.
  - Trim wick to 1/4" before each use.
  - Burn max 4 hours at a time.
• Reed Diffusers
  - Place away from direct sun/heat.
  - Flip reeds 1–2 times per week.
• Linen/Room Sprays
  - Spray from 20–30 cm.
  - Patch test on fabrics.
• Bath & Body / Soaps
  - Gentle, suitable for daily use.
  - External use only.
• Perfume oil-ons/ Essential Oils
  - Apply to pulse points.
  - For essential oils: dilute before skin use. External use only.
• Car Diffusers
• -Remove the inner stopper when you’re ready to use your diffuser. Gently invert the bottle for about 20–30 seconds to allow the wooden cap to absorb the fragrance oil. After that, simply tilt it upside down for a couple of seconds whenever you get into the car for a stronger burst of fragrance.
• -Avoid over-saturating the cap to prevent spills on your dashboard or console.

-> Candles

Instructions and tips provided below help prevent excessive soot and ensure a cleaner burn. 

Directions to Use

• Burn in place holder and on a leveled, heat and fire-resistant surfaces.
• Trim the wick to a little above 1/4” before lighting.
• For first time burn, allow the candle to burn to achieve an even melt pool till the container wall - this maximizes the fragrance throw and prevents tunneling.
• Do not burn the candle for more than 3 hours at a time.
• As the wax decreases (less then 40%) in the container, use discernment with how long you burn continuously- especially in glass containers.
• Let the candle cool before lighting it again.
• Stop using it when 1/4” of the wax remains.

 Warning

• Burn within sight, never leave burning candles unattended.
• Burn away from children, pets, drafts, and things that catch fire.
• Keep wax pool free of debris (matches, wicks, flammable substances).
• Do not eat.
• If holding by lid, make sure the lid is shut properly.
• Do not touch/hold/pick up a hot candle.

-> Reed Diffusers

To optimize the performance of PAMJY's reed diffusers,

• It is recommended to use 6-1- reeds based on the size of the room
• Flip the reeds every 2-3 days for best experience. 
  • This action allows for better fragrance distribution throughout the space.
• Ensure that the diffuser is placed in an area with good air circulation, as this will enhance the scent throw. 
• Avoid placing the diffuser in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the fragrance oil to evaporate more quickly.

Storage

• For all PAMJY's products, store the products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Exposure to heat and light can alter the quality, fragrance and color of the products.
  • All liquid products are especially prone to sunlight exposure, these products deteriorate at jet-speed when stored in areas exposed to sunlight and heat.
• If you are not using the candles or diffusers or other products for an extended period, consider sealing them in their original packaging to protect them from dust and environmental factors. 

Cleaning 

• In the event of spills or residue, clean the surfaces with a damp cloth.
• Wash hands thoroughly.
• For candle holders, ensure that they are completely cool before attempting to clean them.
• Use warm, soapy water to remove any wax residue, and avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the materials.
